Men's kahmezz and henna stain

I just figured out why the camera is taking so bad photos, so tomorrow I will have some better quality pics to show you. These were the only pics that wasn't totally bad. 

I was at my mother-in-law's today before work, so she could show me how she makes Somalian rice - uhmm LOVE. I will try it out tomorrow, I think.  It's my birthday on Friday and I have planned on making Somalian rice and chicken with salad and bread, so I better try it out before I serve it to everyone:)

Today I wore this Kameez-like skirt from By Malene Birger with H&M leggins, Topshop sandals, Friis & company scarf, H&M ring and Moschino belt (doesn't show in these pics). I have two of these long shirts from Malene Birger and I love wearing them in summer, when I can't be bothered putting an outfit together.  We did some red henna stain on our fingers yesterday at my in-law's, but thought it looked more bad-ass in blueish-black, so I got some black henna today. I only did my littlefingers to begin with, not staining the nails, as it won't come off before the nails grow out (have tried too many times using it as polish on my nails). I might do it on all fingers a la what Ascia from Hybridinaheadpiece did on hers. Totally cool. Just as cool as the henna glove that I will do when this comes off.

Blowing in the wind

Everyone who knows me or my style knows that I mostly wear black. After starting this blog, I have turned towards color though. I especially love blue - blue is so beautiful against medium or dark skin and brown eyes. I visited my fianceé's family today. His sister and I are really close. She and I drove down to the water to take a few pics and enjoy the sunshine. It's still cold, but I like to pretend it's summer already, freezing in the meantime. 

I wore a Cos dress, Zara jeans, H&M scarfs, H&M turtleneck, H&M belt, Friis & company shoes and River Island earrings.

A day at the WWII bunkers...

I went to the beach, where my mom lives, today to collect some stone and driftwood that I will use as part of the table decoration for my birthday on Friday. The Germans made these huge bunkers during WWII and they will be here forever. I love the rough nature we have in the north of Denmark. The beach is my favorite place to be in nature - I love listening to the ocean - it's so relaxing.

I wore a H&M maxi skirt, H&M conscious collection top, Topshop long sleeved tee, random scarf, Indian name necklace, H&M necklace, Belle Noel earrings, H&M ring, River Island sandals and Kim Kardashian's old Bebe jacket she sold on ebay. I love this jacket. A great buy and I'll charish it forever:)

Embellished knees...

I had a problem uploading pics yesterday, so here's what I wore yesterday. Yesterday was another rainy day, so I took some of the pics indoors. - Not really easy taking your own pics...I wore my Malene Birger embellished leggins - I think these are so fun and different - you could do something like this yourself. Mine are two sizes too big, so I think I'll try doing something like this on some other of my leggins.

I love wearing my one-piece Kuwaiti hijab, when I can't be bothered tying a hijab or turban myself:)

Safari in the city

Today I went with a safari kind of look. I was so tired all day even though I only had to work from 18-22, so I had the whole day off. Tomorrow is Friday and then it's WEEKEND:) I really need a relaxing weekend.

I'm wearing a H&M scarf, Malene Birger dress, H&M leggins, H&M turtle neck, H&M ring and bracelet, House of Harlow earrings and Topshop sandals.

New cage ring and neon nailz

I got this cage ring at H&M the other day. I think it's really cool. Today I could wear nailpolish, so I decided to go with a neon orange - China Glaze Japanese Koi. Outfit pics are up later.

I'm feeling blue...

Yesterday my favorite soccer-team Barca lost an important game, so I was a little blue today. Funny enough I decided to wear my new blue headscarf.

I wore a H&M scarf, River Island peter pan collar, H&M shirt, Marlene Birger tshirt dress, Zara jeans, Zara sandals, random scull bracelet, River Island earrings and a Second female fake fur vest. It's still not quite spring in Denmark yet, so I love wearing my fur vest out to keep warm.

Today's details - skulls and "diamonds"

Today is one of those unlucky days...my internet didn't work, so I had to go out to buy me a new USB stick, so that I could blog and do all the other stuff I do online again. I use a lot of time on the Internet, so I hate it, when it doesn't work. 

I went to take a closer look at the wedding-reception place. It's not really what I dreamed of, but it's okay. At least we can make it look great...I hope. 

Today I'm wearing a crystal peter pan color necklace and a scull bracelet. I'll show you a few outfit posts later...wearing the turban again today...

Every single pic I had someone take of me today was shaken, so I decided to just put one up that I took myself of the sebra turban.

One to watch - Hybrid in a Headpiece

I don't have words explaning how much I LOVE the style of this beautiful, sweet girl of Hybrid in a Headpiece - Ascia. Her turban style is so me and I love all the beautiful colorful pictures on her blog and her very own signature style - statement jewelry, the turban and colourful outfits. I love every pic on her blog and every outfit. She actually has a fashion line herself called Twenty Ten. Her blog is my favorite blog - and I'm inspired every time I visit... Leopard turban and diamonds...

I got this new blouse in the post today. It's By Malene Birger and I bought it on Trendsales (Danish ebay-ish site) - I buy a lot of my clothes from here. I decided to pair it with my new leopard scarf from H&M, Malene Birger diamond necklace, River Island earrings, H&M maxi skirt and Zara sandals. Also wearing a Dyrberg Kern ring. 

I used to wear the turban a lot, and I think it's time for a revival. I love the style of a turban.
